It is important to spend time with family and friends doing things you enjoy. You may like to go swimming, horseriding or to the cinema or park.

Have a think about what you have got planned over the next week or so and think about new activities you would like to try – you may have written some ideas down in the first section, ‘My Life, My Family’.

If you hang out with friends it might help you forget about any stress you have.
