Natalie is our Operations Officer.
She joined the team in January 2023 as an Operations Assistant, bringing with her several years of experience working with small charities since 2016. Over that time, she has developed strong skills across governance, finance, membership support, events, and day-to-day administration.
Natalie enjoys improving and simplifying processes to help things run more smoothly. She’s a practical problem-solver, a supportive team member, and someone who’s always willing to step in where needed.
After taking on additional responsibilities in fundraising, communications, and finance, she progressed into her current role as Operations Officer in 2026.
Natalie spends her spare time listening to music, reading, sewing, playing video games, and walking her dog, Theo.
