Rebecca Perfect
Advice Worker

Rebecca is the Advice Worker for BBSUK. Based in Watford where she lives with her husband and 3 children. After graduating from Keele University in 1998 Rebecca worked in Supported Employment supporting people with disabilities into mainstream employment.

In 2003 she returned to university and gained an MA in Applied Social Studies with a DiPSW in Social Work. As a Social Worker, Rebecca worked in Herts County Council Adult Care Department specialising in Learning Disabilities and Autism. After the birth of her second child Rebecca moved into the Charity Sector and managed the Advice Service for Watford Mencap supporting people in areas such as Housing, benefits, supported living and education.

After the birth of her third and last child Rebecca returned to Herts County Council to become Strategic Manager of DSPL9 Watford and Three Rivers. Supporting schools to improve the support with children with SEND. Rebecca is delighted to have returned to the charity sector and join the BBSUK at such an exciting time and looks forward to helping the charity grow. When not at work or driving the kids around, she enjoys travelling, cooking and running (slowly).
